Dear Point Elementary School Families,

I am honored to introduce myself as the new principal of Point Elementary School.  I look forward to working closely with all of you to ensure that our students have a successful and enriching school experience.

I am beginning my 20th year in education where I have had the privilege of serving as a teacher at Oakville Middle School, assistant principal at Blades and Hagemann Elementary Schools, and most recently, as your principal. Throughout my career, I have always prioritized creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every student can thrive. I am committed to fostering a collaborative atmosphere where we can work together towards common goals.

At Point Elementary, I plan to focus on the following key areas:

1. Academic Excellence: Ensuring that every student receives high-quality instruction and support tailored to their individual needs.
2. Community Engagement: Building strong relationships with families and community members to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
3. Student Well-being: Prioritizing the social-emotional development of our students by providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed.

I believe that open communication is vital to the success of our school, and I am always here to listen to your thoughts, concerns, and suggestions.

Together, I am confident that we can make Point Elementary a place where every student feels valued, inspired, and prepared for the future. Thank you for welcoming me into your community. I am eager to embark on this journey with all of you and am committed to making this school year the best one yet.

Warm regards,

Jennifer Rich
